Terms and Conditions for Tutors

Terms & conditions for tutors (Can be change at any time) are given below:

There is a registration fee Toutor Rs. 500/- only valid for life time (or depends on Tuition Agency). The yearly membership is valid in one particular city, Expert Teaching Critearea, Stream and Subject (All is known as one subject) only. The membership fee is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.

  • No time limit is given for providing the tuition/assignments. The assignment will be provided as soon as it is available in suitable area, suitable class, subjects, charges and other requirements of the students. It is the mutual requirement of the tutor and the Agency.
  • A tutor will get tuitions/assignments one by one. If one tuition/assignment is started and the payment is collected by the Bureau, he/she will get another and so on. If one cannot finalize (satisfy the student/parents) the first tuition/assignment, then he/she may or may not get the second chance. Remember that it is a mutual requirement i.e. the tutors require the help of Agency and the Agency needs the tutors.
  • When a tutor is given any tuition, then it is the duty of the tutor to inform the Agency about the developments within 24 hours.
  • The tutors will have to be punctual. If any tutor is not regular / punctual, then his / her registration may be cancelled.
  • The tutors are not allowed to discontinue any tuition, once started, before the end of annual exams. If any tutor does so, he/she will not get any tuition/assignment in the future and payment of the one complete month will not be done to the tutor as penalty.
  • ALL DISPUTES, IF ANY, ARE TO BE SETTLED UNDER GORAKHPUR JURIDICTION ONLY.

Home tuitions as a tutor are a big achievement and we value our relations with our tutors. Without you, we cannot offer part time teaching services to Students/Parents. We offer challenging and well paying assignments to tutors who work with us for long (more than 1 year) depending on their performance.
