Sign Up
Create a Student account with your name, mobile number, password, and address. Sharing your GPS location is required too -- it lets Tutors see it for Home Visit bookings.
Book a Tutor
From your Dashboard, pick a Subject, Level, address, and duration, then hit Book Now. Matching online (available) Tutors are notified instantly. All sessions are currently Home Visit.
Track Your Session
Once a Tutor accepts, you'll see status updates (Accepted, Started, Completed). For Home Visits, you can track your Tutor's live location -- and while the session is Accepted or in progress, you can also view your Tutor's resume (view-only) for verification.
Pay After the Session
Once marked Completed, pay securely via Razorpay. Apply a coupon code at checkout if you have one.
Rate Your Tutor
Leave a star rating to help other Students choose well.
Changed Your Mind?
You can cancel a booking from your Dashboard at no cost, but only while it's still "Searching" (before any Tutor has accepted it).
Something Wrong?
Raise a complaint from your Dashboard any time -- the Admin team reviews and resolves it.
Sign Up & Get Verified
Complete the 4-step signup: account details, qualification & subjects, location, and KYC documents (PAN, Aadhar, resume, qualification certificate). Admin reviews and approves your application.
Go Online
Toggle yourself Online from your Dashboard whenever you're available to take sessions.
Accept Sessions
You'll be notified of matching requests. Accept one, then mark it Started and Completed as the session progresses. For Home Visits, use the "Navigate to Student" button to get Google Maps directions straight to them.
Get Paid
Once the Student pays, your share is credited to your in-app wallet automatically.
Withdraw Anytime
Request a payout from your wallet to your bank/UPI. Track exactly where your money is -- with the Student, in your wallet, with Admin, or already in your account.
Refer & Earn
Share your referral code. When enough of your referrals complete their sessions, you earn a bonus.
Update Your Qualification or Resume
Your name and mobile can never be changed, but you can request an update to your Qualification or Resume from your Dashboard. It only takes effect after Admin re-verifies it -- you'll see a "Re-verification Pending" tag until then.
Go Featured (Optional)
If your rating and completed sessions meet the threshold, you can pay to go Featured from your Dashboard. Featured Tutors see new matching requests before other Tutors, giving a head-start to accept them first.
